Scalemart.com products are to be returned by first obtaining a return material authorization number and return shipping instructions from Scalemart.com. Returned products which are accepted for return by Scalemart.com are subject to a restock fee of 20% of the net sales price plus all transportation/shipping charges paid by Scalemart.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless an incorrect or damaged item is received, in which case Scalemart.com will bear the shipping cost by either issuing a call tag for the incorrect/damaged item or issuing a credit to the customer to cover return shipping. All requests for returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
You should expect to receive your refund, less any restock fees, within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt. Claims for incorrect equipment or damages not made with this 14 day period shall be an unqualified acceptance of the equipment and a waiver by the purchaser of any claim.
All of the items sold by Scalemart.com have manufacturer warranties. All warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer. Scalemart.com will assist as far as practical. Such assistance may include providing contact information for the manufacturer's warranty department providing proof of purchase, and facilitating communication between customer and manufacturer. We want our customers to be happy, but ultimately we do not control the terms of the manufacturers' warranties.

We ship only within the continental United States from our website. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please call us at 847-934-6666 to obtain a shipping quote or place an order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Any item that has FREE SHIPPING will indicate this in the detail page.
