100-240V Health o meter Power Adapter for use with the following CURRENT Health o meter models:

597KL Eye-level Physician Scale- 600 capacity, scale will have a “T” in the serial #
599KL Waist-high Physician Scale– 600 capacity, scale will have a “T” in the serial #
600KL/Elevate Eye-level Physician Scale with Digital Height Rod
752KL Remote Display Scale– 600 capacity, scale will have a “T” in the serial #

If you have the older, 500 lb capacity version of the 597KL, 599KL or 752KL that has all numerals and no letters in the serial #, you need the ADPT25.  The ADPT50 WILL NOT work.  There is a restock fee for returning Health o meter adapters, so please contact us at 800-733-5315 if you are not sure.
