Shipping Policy – Industrial & Commercial Scales

ScaleMart ships industrial, commercial, medical, and laboratory scales within the continental United States. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada should call ScaleMart at 847-934-6666 for a shipping quote or to place an order.

Standard online shipping is currently a flat $25.00 for orders shipped within the continental United States unless a product page or written quote states otherwise. Transit time is typically 3–5 business days after the order is processed for shipment.

Large, heavy, freight, special-order, or manufacturer-direct items may require confirmation before shipment. If an order requires a freight quote or additional shipping coordination, ScaleMart will contact the customer before shipment.

Most floor scales, pallet scales, truck scales, and medical scales are shipped based on weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier requirements. Product pages may list shipping weight where available, and shipping weight may be rounded up to the nearest pound per carrier requirements.

Items with free shipping will clearly indicate this on the product detail page or during checkout where applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for inspecting freight shipments at delivery. If a shipment appears damaged, please note the damage with the carrier when possible, retain packaging and paperwork, and contact ScaleMart as soon as possible.
