At Scalemart.com, we stand behind every industrial scale, truck scale, medical scale, and laboratory balance we sell. If you need to return an item, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions from Scalemart.com.

Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Items not meeting this requirement may be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the net sales price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an incorrect product, damaged scale, or defective item was received. In those cases, Scalemart.com will cover the shipping by issuing a call tag or crediting the customer for the return freight. All return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds, less any restocking fees, are typically processed within three weeks of the customer giving the package to the return shipper. This time frame includes transit time to our warehouse (3–7 business days), return processing (3–5 business days), and your bank’s refund processing (3–5 business days).

If you receive an incorrect truck scale, medical scale, or industrial balance, or if your order is damaged in shipment, you must contact Scalemart within 14 days of receipt. Claims not made within this period will be considered acceptance of the equipment and a waiver of future claims.

All brands we carry — including Health o meter, Doran Medical, Fairbanks, and Pittsburgh industrial scales — include a manufacturer’s warranty. All warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer. Scalemart.com will assist where practical, including providing contact details for warranty departments, proof of purchase, and communication support.

Most floor scales, pallet scales, truck scales, and medical scales are shipped weight-based. Each product page lists the shipping weight, which is rounded up to the nearest pound per carrier requirements. Items with FREE SHIPPING will clearly indicate this on their detail page.
